We're not hiring yet, but we will be soon.
We put our money where our mouth is when it comes to our staff. We pay a living wage, and for employees over 20 hours per week, we also have a reasonably priced health insurance benefit, including vision and dental.
We also ask a lot of our staff. Their input matters. We're just too small to overlook anyone's good ideas. If you are creative, self-starting, responsible, and you care about the planet you live on and the food you eat, you just might fit in at Perfect Flavor.
When we have a bunch of virtuoso ice cream chefs, we'll put all of their pictures and stories up right here. But for now, it's just Lynsie and Colin.
