As we got ready to launch Perfect Flavor, folks kept asking us, "Why don't you just use a premade ice cream mix?" For awhile, it seemed like everyone knew some secret we didn't, and our keen interest in supporting local dairy farms (like our dairy supplier Holsinger Dairy Farm) was somehow crazy.
As it turns out, buying raw milk right from farmers you know by name is a bit of a revolutionary idea. And that's where JayBee Precision comes in. Without the small-batch pasteurizers made by JayBee, we wouldn't be able to follow our convictions to support local farmers.
