Chocolate Ganache
Typically used as an icing, ganache also makes a wonderful mixin with gelato, sweet cream or french custard.
We use warm heavy cream, poured over organic 65% cocoa bittersweet chocolate, whisked until smooth and velvety. Let us swirl it into your order of ice cream.
