Peppermint Patty
Cool and minty, yet rich, dark and mysterious, with a long finish.
First we make a peppermint paste with organic confectioners sugar and farm fresh local mint. We dip the patties into organic 65% cocoa bittersweet chocolate and let them cool. Then we crumble them into your ice cream. Pairs well with toasted nuts, and a gelato base.
