Peppergrass

Where does this come from?

It looks like bean sprouts, but zowie! Peppergrass has a heat that you just don't expect from an unassuming little sprout.

We mascerate ours and strain it, leaving a bright green hue in the ice cream, and a mustard-like tang on the tongue.
