Revered in the Caribbean and Middle East, and used in dishes as diverse and stews, breads, and barbeque sauce, we love its unique flavor and aroma.
Allspice can be both sweet and tart on the palate, and can be paired with a wide variety of other flavors, from pastries to fruits. We like to add a pinch of allspice to everything from chai tea to gingerbread.
