Huckleberries
This is one underlooked berry, if you ask us.
Huckleberries are the state fruit of Idaho, and much beloved by bears and ice cream fanatics. They are dark, sweet, tart and a perfect berry in everything from sorbet to french custard. Go on, be a little like good 'ole Huckleberry Finn, try some.
