Because, what's the hurry, really? We're all on the same journey, so why not enjoy it? Why not create food that's healthy, good for our planet, and delicious? President and founder Lynsie Watkins began her journey towards Perfect
Flavor in Paris. Over the years, it has led her to develop customized,
unique recipes for making ice cream, using ingredients that meet her
exacting standards for freshness, quality and health.
Our ice cream isn't like what you buy in the store. It hasn't got gum carageenan (whatever that is), or "natural flavors". (They never tell you what those "natural flavors" really are, do they?) Our ice cream is made from real ingredients. Organic cane sugar. Farm-fresh cream from grass-fed cows. Real peaches.
You'll find that it melts a little faster. It tastes richer. It won't make you feel so heavy after you have a sensibly-sized portion. You'll savor it, knowing that it was made by hand, by someone who actually cares about the food they create.
