Although not certified organic, Harvest Thyme Herb Farm is dedicated to using environmentally-friendly practices. All of their products are hand-crafted from what is grown on the farm, including culinary herb blends, herb teas, bath salts, sachets, herbal jellies and more. Being avid cooks as well as gardeners, Deirdre and Phil delight in seeking out unusual and authentic rarities to grace their table and yours.

Deirdre has wide- ranging experience in the world of horticulture, from retail and wholesale nursery work to landscaping. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture from University of Maryland, College Park in 1986, and then worked for 10 years as a horticulturist, first for the Smithsonian and then the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.
