We can't disagree, but there's much more to it than you might think.
We're proud of the time and care we devote to making ice cream, and the principles that we follow as we do. We're proud that it takes an hour and a half to crack and separate the eggs needed to make gourmet french custard. We're proud that we get to drive to the farm to pick up fresh raw milk, and that we pay our suppliers a sustainable price.
But, let's face it. It all adds up. Our prices are a fair reflection of how much it really costs to make our ice cream. We think once you've tasted it, you'll understand why we're so proud.
