If you order something like Apple Pie Gelato, Lynsie makes an apple pie from scratch, in the oven you see in the back of the room there. We use only the freshest local seasonal ingredients - grain from local farms, and apples from family-run orchards in the Shenandoah Valley. That fresh apple pie gets mixed right into our handmade ice cream, and expressed shipped to you anywhere in the continental United States.
